Living full time in an RV is amazing and our furniture gets very used. We purchased an orange sofa (that I love) 4 years ago but one back cushion and arm rest was now gray/black. I called Best a few weeks ago and actually spoke to a live person, Robert. He were followed up to make sure the appointment date and time were suitable, he showed up on time and best of all (pun intended) he made my sofa look like new. He also agreed to clean a few areas that have carpeting and they too came out great. Fairly new to the area, so we were unsure of where to turn for a recommendation for a carpet cleaner. So, we turned to YELP to do a little research. Robert spent hours cleaning my very dirty sofa yesterday. I have 2 pit bull mixes and 4 cats, so there is a LOT of hair. I rarely (ok, never) vacuum the sofa, so the job was much more work than he could have imagined. But he was not at all rude about it, and he only raised the original quote a little bit. I wish I could have afforded to pay him more, because the sofa looks beautiful! I got it as a hand me down, and it hasn't looked so good since before it was mine. Thank you! I will have you back much sooner next time, so hopefully it won't be so bad.

Robert really does live up to his company name: BEST Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. We have had our tile cleaned by him in the past. I recommended him to our in-laws for their carpet cleaning and I was stunned at their floors once he was finished. We had our carpets cleaned today and I couldn't be more pleased! He was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone and was easy to schedule with. we have rough day because carpet cleaning we called every carpet cleaning on yelp, since it is last minute requests, most of them are not willing to take the job late at Saturday.

AMAZING!!!!! Definitely worth every penny. I thought my carpets were done until Robert came and spent nearly 4.5 hours on them. He's not like most companies, he actually takes his time and does his job the right way. I called him the other night because I had an emergency with my dog ( she diarrhea'd everywhere) called Robert and he was there in less than an hour!!!! Long story short he makes your carpet look BRAND NEW and that's not exaggerating!

I had rob over to clean my carpets, grout and tile yesterday and I can't be more happy with the results! My tile and grout were black before he came and spotless when he left! As well as the carpets, and stairs that were fresh and dry by the time he left!

Robert really is the BEST, so his business is appropriately named. I was in a pinch, needing a carpet cleaning for my rental house upon moving out, which happened to be over Memorial Day weekend. When I called, it was less than a week before the work needed to be done. My original quote from another company was way over budget, especially given that my primary goal was just that it be cleaned "good enough" to get my deposit back. It was an old, low-quality carpet that seemed to stain every time anything so much as touched it, not to mention the fact that the vanity area was carpeted (mistake! why do people do this?!) and had some cosmetic spills and even a hair dye spot, as well as a few pet stains throughout (many of which I didn't know about until the rooms were empty - darn sneaky critters!). Robert undercut the other guy's price by a good $175, and he held to that price when he returned to do the job and discovered more pet stains than I knew about when he gave his estimate. He was able to get everything out, including the hair dye drips and the spot with the worst pet soiling. I couldn't in good conscience hold him to his original pricing because I realized he had gone way above and beyond for me. I ended up paying him more than he asked, but still saved at least $130 over the competitor I had originally booked with. There is a reason Robert has so many 5-star reviews in Thumbtack. I will hire him for any future jobs I have, without hesitation.
